Top Dance Games in New Zealand Q3 2021: Unified Platform Performance

The third quarter of 2021 saw varied performance among the top five dance games on a unified platform in New Zealand. Here's a closer look at the trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for each app.

Just Dance Now from Ubisoft showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $684 in mid-August. Weekly downloads also saw a significant rise, reaching 540 in the week of August 23. Active users experienced a gradual increase, peaking at 1.8K in late August before a slight decline towards the end of September.

Ice Skating Ballerina by Coco Play had modest weekly revenue, with a notable peak of $35 in the final week of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 95 in mid-July. Active users saw a gradual decline from 738 at the start of the quarter to 499 by the end.

JoJo Siwa - Live to Dance, also from Coco Play, had a revenue spike of $154 in early August but saw no revenue in subsequent weeks. Weekly downloads showed an upward trend, peaking at 111 in mid-September. The number of active users increased steadily, reaching 162 by the end of September.

Dance Clash: Ballet vs Hip Hop, another title by Coco Play, had a revenue peak of $59 in the final week of September. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, with a peak of 131 in mid-August. Active users showed a slight decline from 364 at the start of the quarter to 310 by the end.

Acrobat Star Show, also from Coco Play, had minimal weekly revenue, with a peak of $24 in early September. Weekly downloads peaked at 133 in early August. Active users saw a significant rise to 141 in early August before declining to 22 in mid-September.
